Lillian Boxfish Takes a Walk paints a portrait of a remarkable woman across the canvas of a changing America: from the Jazz Age to the onset of the AIDS epidemic; the Great Depression to the birth of hip-hop.

    Join us for an afternoon of crafting using natural sunlight and Sunprint paper. Teens will have the opportunity to create up to four different designs using found materials, Sunprint paper, and water. This program is open to teens in grades 6-12 and registration is required as materials are limited.

  8. Strategies for Social Security and Retirement Income: The Retirement Classroom

    The #1 stressor regarding Americans and their retirement is the fear of running out of money. With Pensions leaving the marketplace, Americans are entering retirement with their two largest buckets of money being their Social Security benefits and their pre-tax retirement savings (401(k), IRA, etc.). Sequencing your income from these buckets in the most beneficial way may allow your retirement savings to last longer. By attending this class you’ll learn: the ways to collect Social Security and how it is taxed, costs and benefits of delaying collection of Social Security and/or pre-tax retirement savings, and the different types of retirement income strategies.
